1. Accepting these terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Meow: Midnight Run or this website (together, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. If you are not legally able to agree on your own, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms for you.

2. License to use the game

Gocodingnow Studio gives you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the game for private, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the rules of the platform where you obtained it.

You may not:

• Copy, sell, rent, sublicense, distribute, or commercially exploit the Services except where law expressly allows it.
• Reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works from the Services except where that restriction is prohibited by law.
• Interfere with the Services, bypass security, automate gameplay, exploit bugs, or manipulate scores.
• Use the Services to violate law or the rights of another person.

3. Gameplay, scores, and availability

Scores, progress, rankings, rewarded revives, and in-game items are part of the game experience. They have no cash value, are not property, and cannot be sold or transferred unless we expressly provide that feature. We may tune gameplay, correct scores, reset rankings, or change features to operate, balance, secure, or improve the game.

Offline progress and queued scores may not synchronize if network or provider services are unavailable. We do not guarantee that a score, ranking, feature, city, or service will always be available or preserved.

4. Global leaderboard rules

The leaderboard is account-free, but your chosen runner name and score may be public. You are responsible for the name you submit. Do not use a name that:

• Contains hate, threats, harassment, sexual content, or other abusive material.
• Impersonates another person or Gocodingnow Studio.
• Advertises, spams, infringes rights, or includes personal information.
• Attempts to evade filters, prior moderation, or another restriction.

Players may report or block names. We may hide or remove names and scores, require a rename, preserve reports, limit submissions, or suspend leaderboard access when reasonably necessary to enforce these rules, protect players, or maintain leaderboard integrity. To appeal a moderation decision, email support@gocodingnow.com.

5. Rewarded advertising

The game may offer an optional rewarded ad in exchange for an in-game revive or similar benefit. Ad availability, completion, and rewards are not guaranteed. Ads are supplied by third parties and may be subject to their terms and privacy practices. Privacy and consent choices may affect which ads, if any, are available.

6. Ownership

The Services, including the game, artwork, characters, animation, code, text, audio, branding, and other content, are owned by Gocodingnow Studio or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you. Feedback you voluntarily send may be used to improve the Services without obligation to you.

7. Third-party services

The Services rely on platform stores, hosting, leaderboard, analytics, and advertising providers. Their services are governed by their own terms and may change or become unavailable. Gocodingnow Studio is not responsible for third-party content or services outside our control.

8. Updates, suspension, and termination

We may update, suspend, or discontinue some or all of the Services, and we may restrict your access if you materially or repeatedly violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or misuse the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time by uninstalling the game.

9. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, permanent availability, or that every device will be compatible. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gocodingnow Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, progress, profits, or goodwill arising from the Services. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law. These limitations do not apply where prohibited, including to liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms when the Services or legal requirements change. We will post the revised Terms here and update the effective date. If a material change requires notice or consent, we will provide it through the game or another appropriate channel. Continuing to use the Services after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
